Your home page is the page that your browser is set to open up on. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Internet Options. Click the General tab, and type in www.carrboro.com, or Aunt Fanny's knitting webpage, or whatever page you'd like to have appear when you first open your browser, in the home page slot, and click ok. In Netscape go to Edit, then Preferences. Under the Navigator section type in www.carrboro.com or whatever, click ok, and it will become your home page.
