16. The Greening Cernunnous

Cernunnous (Ker-noo-nos), The Horned One, was the Celtic God of nature and all wild things: virility, fertility, physical love, woodlands, and reincarnation. Versions of a pagan deity with stag horns he was worshiped throughout the British isles and Northern Europe until about 100 AD. Cernunnous is happiest hanging facing north.
